Securing long-term, stable cash flow

The investment corporation has concluded, and will conclude, long-term and fixed rent lease agreements with operators, whereby, in principal, the remaining period of the lease at the time of the acquisition by the investment corporation is at least ten years, early termination is prohibited for a period of at least five years from the time of acquisition by the investment corporation, and there are no stipulations about the rent being linked to revenue or any other variables. Consequently, regardless of the operating status of a facility, the operator is responsible for paying the rent stipulated in the lease agreement and, as a result, the investment corporation is able to secure stable income over the long term.
